اثر اسید‌هیومیک بر ویژگی های جوانه‌زنی و رشد گیاهچه‌ای سه رقم تربچه در شرایط تنش شوری

چکیده

برای کاهش اثرات تنش شوری در گیاهان از روش­های متفاوتی در مراحل مختلف رشدی گیاه از جمله جوانه­زنی استفاده می­شود. اسید­هیومیک ماده­ای طبیعی است که تأثیر مثبتی بر رشد گیاهان داشته و به­عنوان پیش­تیمار در تحقیقات جوانه­زنی مورد استفاده قرار می­گیرد. هدف از این آزمایش بررسی تاثیر اسید­هیومیک بر خصوصیات جوانه­زنی ارقام مختلف تربچه در شرایط تنش شوری بود. آزمایش به­صورت فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح کاملاً تصادفی در سه تکرار به اجرا درآمد. تیمارها شامل سه رقم تربچه )چریبل، اسپاکلر و اسکارلت سین­سیناتی به­عنوان فاکتور اول و اسیدهیومیک در چهار سطح (شاهد، 5/0، 5/1 و 2 گرم بر لیتر) به­عنوان فاکتور دوم و تنش شوری در چهار سطح (شاهد، 5/1، 5 و 5/7 دسی­زیمنس بر متر نمک طعام) به­عنوان فاکتور سوم بودند. در این آزمایش صفات جوانه­زنی نظیر طول ساقه چه و ریشه چه، وزن تر و خشک گیاهچه، ضزیب آلومتری، سرعت و درصد جوانه­زنی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در شرایط تنش شوری، کاربرد اسیدهیومیک باعث افزایش طول ساقه­چه، وزن تر گیاهچه و سرعت جوانه­زنی در ارقام تربچه گردید، ولی بر صفات طول ریشه چه، نسبت طول ریشه­چه به ساقه­چه، وزن خشک گیاهچه و درصد جوانه­زنی غیرمعنی­دار شد. در شرایط تنش شوری، کاربرد اسیدهیومیک به مقدار 5/1 گرم بر لیتر بیش­ترین افزایش را بر روی طول ریشه­چه و وزن تر گیاهچه داشت و غلظت 2 گرم بر لیتر سرعت جوانه­زنی را افزایش داد. نتایج نشان داد ارقام مختلف تربچه واکنش­های متفاوتی از خود نشان دادند. بیش­ترین میزان طول ساقه­چه، وزن تر گیاهچه، درصد و سرعت جوانه­زنی مربوط به رقم اسکارلت سین­سیناتی و بیش­ترین میزان طول ریشه­چه و نسبت طول ریشه­چه به ساقه­چه مربوط به رقم اسپاکلر بود. رقم چریبل کم­ترین خصوصیات جوانه­زنی را در شرایط تنش شوری حتی با کاربرد اسیدهیومیک داشت.

To reduce the effects of salt stress in plants used different ways at different stages of plant growth, including germination .Humic acid is a natural substance and has positive effects on plant growth. In this experiment  was investigated the effects of humic acid on germination characteristics of three varieties of radish under salinity stress. A factorial experiment in a completely randomized design with three replications. Treatments include three varieties of radish(Cherry bell, Sparkler and Scarlett Cincinnati as the first factor and humic acid on four levels (control, 0.5, 1.5 and 2 grams per liter) as the second factor and salinity at four levels (control, 1.5, 5 and 7.5 dS/m) as a third factor. In this experiment was evaluated germination characteristics such as Shoot and root lenght, fresh and dry weight of seedling, allometric coefficient, speed and percentage of germination. Under salt stress, the use of humic acid increased the shoot length, fresh weight of seedling and speed of germination in radish varieties but the length of root, allometric coefficient, dry weight of seedling and percentage of germination was a non-significant . In salt stress conditions, the use of humic acid at 1.5 g /L was increased maximal effect on root length and fresh weight of seedling and concentration of 2 g /L increased germination rate. The results revealed radish varieties showed different responses. Scarlett allocated to the highest shoot length, fresh weight of seedling, speed and percentage of germination and The highest root lenght and allometric coefficient was related to the Sparkler. Cherry bell had least germination characteristics in salinity salinity even with the application of humic acid.
