کلید بعضی از تاکسون‌های خانوادۀ کلم (Brassicaceae=Cruciferae) بر اساس مورفوبیومتری میوه و بذر

چکیده

کلم­سانان یا شب بوییان (Brassicaceae=Cruciferae) با بیش از 3660 گونه در دنیا و حدود 900 گونه در ناحیة ایرانو-تورانی دارای بیش ترین تنوع، شامل گیاهان علفی یک­ساله، دوساله، چندساله و یا درختچه­ای هستند. تاکسون­های این خانواده، علیرغم داشتن میوۀ خورجین، دارای تنوع بسیاری در مورفولوژی و سایر ویژگی های میوه و بذر خود هستند که در تشخیص و شناسایی آن­ها اهمیت دارد. مطالعۀ این ویژگی­ها روابط بین تاکسون­ها را نشان می­دهد و در تاکسونومی آن­ها کاربرد دارد. به علاوه شناسایی بذر و میوه در کشاورزی، صنایع غذایی و مبارزه با علف­های هرز نیز اهمیت دارد. سی و دو صفت کمی و کیفی بذر و میوه از 24 تاکسون وحشی جمع­آوری شده از منطقۀ مرکزی ایران واقع در ناحیۀ ایرانو-تورانی با استفاده از خط­کش، کولیس دیجیتال، کاغذ میلی­متری، گراتیکیول و میکروسکوپ نوری مانیتوریگ و بینوکولار بررسی شدند. داده­های به­دست آمده ثبت شدند و سپس یک کلید شناسایی بر اساس مطالعات مورفوبیومتری میوه و بذر کلم­سانان تهیه گردید. نتایج مطالعات مورفوبیومتری خورجین و بذر تاکسون­های این خانواده نشان داد که تنوع­پذیری و ثبات برخی از صفات میوه و بذر، در شناسایی و تاکسونومی آن­ها اهمیت داشته و اطلاعات ارزشمندی دربارۀ طبقه­بندی تکاملی آن­ها ارائه می کند.

چکیده [English]

Brassicaceae (Cruciferae) with more than 3660 species in the world and about 900 species in Irano-Turanian region having the highest diversity, includes annual, biennial, perennial herbs or shrubs. The family members are mainly distributed on the earth land surface exceptional Antarctica and tropics. Despite having silique fruit, they have many variations in exo-morphology and other properties of fruits and seeds that are important in their diagnosis and identification. Studies of these characters can revealed the relationship between taxa and used for their taxonomy. In addition, the identification of seeds and fruits is important in agriculture, food industry and weed control. Thirty two quantitative and qualitative fruit and seed characters of 24 collected wild Brassicaceae taxa from the central Iran in Irano-Touranian region were examined using ruler, digital calipers, millimeter paper, graticule and a monitoring zoom binocular light microscope. Obtained data were recorded and then a key was prepared based on the studied Brassicaceae fruit and seed morpho-biometric. Results showed morpho-biometrical studies of siliques and seeds of Irano-Touranian Brassicaceae members may support identification of the family taxa.
