تأثیر تیمارهای مختلف شیمیایی و فیزیکی بر جوانه‌زنی بذر زالزالک گرجی (Crataegus pontica C. Koch)

چکیده

این تحقیق با هدف انتخاب مناسب­ترین تیمار شیمیایی و فیزیکی برای جوانه­زنی و شکستن خواب بذر زالزالک گرجی انجام  شد. آزمایش با 12 تیمار و 5  تکرار درقالب طرح کاملا تصادفی در شرایط آزمایشگاهی انجام گرفت. در این مطالعه، هر تکرار شامل30 بذر بود. تیمارها شامل آب گرم – اسید سولفوریک، اسید سولفوریک به مدت 15 و 20 دقیقه، اسید جیبرلیک به مدت 24 و 48 ساعت، خراش دهی، سرمادهی بذر مرطوب (20- درجه سانتی گراد به مدت 2 هفته)، یخ زدن در آب (20- درجه سانتی گراد به مدت 2 هفته)، اسید نیتریک به مدت 20 و 25 دقیقه، آب گرم و سرد و شاهد یودند. در این مطالعه، خصوصیاتی مانند درصد جوانه زنی، ارزش جوانه­زنی، سرعت جوانه­زنی، ضریب سرعت کوتووسکی، قدرت جوانه­زنی،  میانگین جوانه زنی روزانه و  میانگین زمان جوانه­زنی بررسی شد. بر اساس تجزیه و تحلیل واریانس یکطرفه بین تیمارهای مورد بررسی از نظر میانگین زمان جوانه زنی، ضریب سرعت کوتووسکی، سرعت جوانه زنی، میانگین جوانه زنی روزانه، درصد جوانه زنی، ارزش جوانه زنی و  قدرت جوانه زنی اختلاف معنی­دار وجود داشت. بیشترین مقدار جوانه زنی، ارزش جوانه زنی، سرعت جوانه زنی، قدرت جوانه زنی، متوسط جوانه زنی روزانه و متوسط زمان جوانه زنی مربوط به تیمار آب گرم- اسیدسولفوریک و کمترین مربوط به تیمار شاهد بود.

چکیده [English]

This study aimed to select the most suitable chemical and physical treatment for germination and breaking seed dormancy of Crataegus pontica. The experiment was set up in a completely randomized with 5 replications and 12 treatments in laboratory conditions.  In this study, each replication involved 30 seeds. Treatments were hot water - sulfuric acid, sulfuric acid for 15 and 20 minutes, gibberellic acid for 24 and 48 hours, scarification, chilling  wet seeds (-20 °C for for 2 weeks),  freezing seeds in water (-20 °C for for 2 weeks),  nitric acid for 20 and 25 minutes, hot water and cold water and control. In this study, characteristics such as germination rate, germination value, speed of germination and Kotowski's coefficient of velocity, germination vigour, mean daily germination and mean germination time were measured. According to the ANOVA, significant differences were detected between treatments in term of mean germination time, Kotowski coefficient of velocity, speed of germination, mean daily germination, germination rate and germination vigour. The highest amount of germination rate, germination value, speed of germination, germination vigour, mean daily germination and mean germination time was related to hot water - sulfuric acid treatment while the lowest one was related to control treatment.
