اثر تلقیح بذر با قارچ میکوریز بر مؤلفه‌های جوانه‌زنی و رشد گیاهچه چهار رقم گندم نان (Triticum aestivum L.)

چکیده

به منظور بررسی اثر تلقیح بذر با قارچ میکوریز بر شاخص­های جوانه­زنی و رشد گیاهچه چهار رقم گندم نان، آزمایشی در سال 1392 به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی و با چهار تکرار در آزمایشگاه زراعت دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه گیلان اجرا شد. تیمار­های مورد بررسی در این آزمایش شامل چهار رقم گندم نان (کوهدشت، مروارید، مغان 3 و مغان 1) و قارچ میکوریز در دو سطح (با تلقیح و بدون تلقیح) بود. نتایج نشان داد که رقم تأثیر معنی داری بر درصد جوانه­زنی، سرعت جوانه­زنی، طول ساقه­چه، طول ریشه­چه، طول گیاهچه، وزن تر ریشه­چه، وزن تر گیاهچه، وزن خشک ریشه­چه و وزن خشک گیاهچه داشت. تلقیح بذر با قارچ تأثیر معنی داری بر درصد جوانه­زنی، طول ساقه­چه، وزن تر ساقه­چه، وزن تر ریشه­چه، وزن تر گیاهچه و وزن خشک ریشه­چه داشت. اثر متقابل نیز برای صفات طول ساقه­چه، طول گیاهچه و وزن خشک ریشه­چه معنی دار بود. بیشترین درصد جوانه­زنی در شرایط تلقیح بذر با قارچ میکوریز حاصل شد. رقم مغان 3 و کوهدشت به ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین درصد جوانه­زنی را نیز به خود اختصاص دادند.

چکیده [English]

In order to study effect of seed inoculation with mycorrhizal fungi on germination indices and seedling growth of four bread wheat cultivars, experiment was conducted as factorial, completely randomized design with 4 replications in agriculture faculty of University of Guilan in 2013. The treatments in this study included four cultivars of bread wheat (Kohdasht, Morvarid, Moghan 3 and Moghan 1) and micorrihzal fungi in two levels (inoculated and non- inoculated). Results showed that cultivar had significant effect on germination percentage, speed of germination, shoot length, root length, seedling length, root fresh weight, seedling fresh weight, root dry weight and seedling dry weight. Seed inoculation with fungi had significant effect on germination percentage, shoot length, shoot fresh weight, root fresh weight, seedling fresh weight and root dry weight. Interaction of inoculation and cultivar for shoot length, seedling length and root dry weight was significant. The highest germination percentage, occur in inoculation condition Moghan 3 and Kohdasht had the highest and the lowest percentage of germination respectively.
