The first experiment consisted of 5 ◦C cold stratification (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 & 100 days). The second experiment was composed of gibberellic acid (100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450 & 500 mg/L), benzyl adenine (0, 25, 50, 100 & 200 mg/L) and strigolactones (0, 0.01, 0.1 & 1 mg/L). The third experiment was combined of the first and second experiments’ best treatments including 50 mg/L benzyl adenine + 100 mg/L gibberellic acid, 200 mg/L benzyl adenine + 400 mg/L gibberellic acid, 100 mg/L benzyl adenine + cold stratification at 5 ◦C for 60 days and 100 mg/L gibberellic acid + cold stratification at 5 ◦C for 60 days. Results of the first experiment showed that highest mean daily, rate and germination percentage was observed in 30, 60 and 70 days of cold stratification respectively, with amounts of 1.86, 3.4 and 81 percent. Results of the second experiment revealed that gibberellic acid had significant impacts on seed germination, in comparison with control, benzyl adenine and strigolactone. The maximum seed germination was observed using 100 mg/L of gibberellic acid. The third experiment demonstrated that combination of 100 mg/L gibberellic acid with cold stratification at 5 ◦C for 60 days increased germination percentage (81.25%), germination rate (5.23) and mean daily germination (1.35) for ten times, though its main effect could be attributed to 60 days of cold}, keywords = {Iranian horned poppy,Plant growth regulators,Stratification,Strigolactone}, title_fa = {اثر چینه‌سرمایی و تنظیم‌کننده‌های رشد گیاهی بر جوانه‌زنی بذر شقایق ایرانی (Glaucium corniculatum)}, abstract_fa = {برای حل مشکل جوانه­زنی بذرهای شقایق ایرانی، سه آزمایش با طرح کاملاً تصادفی اجرا شد. آزمایش اول شامل چینه­سرمایی 5 درجه سلسیوس (10، 20، 30، 40، 50، 60، 70، 80، 90 و 100 روز) بود. آزمایش دوم در بردارنده تیمارهای اسید جیبرلیک (0، 100، 150، 200، 250، 300، 350، 400، 450 و 500 میلی­گرم در لیتر)، بنزیل­آدنین (0 ، 25، 50، 100 و 200) و استریگولاکتون (0، 01/0، 1/0 و 1 میلی­گرم در لیتر) بود. آزمایش سوم ترکیبی از بهترین تیمارهای آزمایش اول و دوم شامل 100 میلی­گرم در لیتر اسید جیبرلیک + 50 میلی­گرم در لیتر بنزیل­آدنین، 400 میلی­گرم در لیتر اسید­جیبرلیک + 200 میلی­گرم در لیتر بنزیل­آدنین، 100 میلی­گرم در لیتر اسید جیبرلیک + چینه­سرمایی 60 روزه و 100 میلی­گرم در لیتر بنزیل­آدنین + چینه­سرمایی 60 روزه بود. نتایج آزمایش اول با اختلاف معنی­دار نسبت به شاهد نشان داد بیشترین میانگین روزانه، سرعت و درصد جوانه­زنی به ترتیب در تیمارهای 30، 60 و 70 روز چینه­سرمایی با مقادیر 86/1 و 4/3 و 81 درصد است. نتایج آزمایش دوم نشان داد اسید جیبرلیک تأثیر معنی­داری بر جوانه­زنی بذر در مقایسه با تیمارهای شاهد، بنزیل­آدنین و استریگولاکتون دارد. حداکثر جوانه­زنی بذرها با کاربرد 100 میلی­گرم در لیتر اسیدجیبرلیک بدست آمد. آزمایش سوم نشان داد ترکیب تیمارهای چینه­سرمایی 60 روزبا 100 میلی­گرم در لیتر اسیدجیبرلیک در مقایسه با کاربرد تنهای 100 میلی­گرم در لیتر اسیدجیبرلیک شاخصهای درصد (25/81%)، سرعت (23/5) و میانگین جوانه­زنی روزانه (35/1) را ده برابر افزایش داده است، که می­توان تأثیر اصلی آن را به 60 روز سرما نسبت داد.}, keywords_fa = {چینه‌سرمایی,استریگولاکتون,تنظیم‌کننده‌های رشد گیاهی,شقایق ایرانی}, url = {https://jms.guilan.ac.ir/article_2507.html}, eprint = {https://jms.guilan.ac.ir/article_2507_13f3d99e7f7063533048f7eef4147976.pdf} }
