بررسی اثر پیش‌تیمار بذر بر پارامترهای جوانه زنی، هدایت الکتریکی، نشت پتاسیم و برخی صفات گیاهچه حاصل از بذر پیر شده لوبیا چیتی رقم خمین (Phaseolus vulgaris L. Var. Khomeyn)

چکیده

پیری بذر سبب کاهش کیفیت و جوانه زنی بذر و نهایتا گیاهچه تولیدی می­شود. این آزمایش با هدف بررسی امکان ترمیم اثرات مضر پیری بذر لوبیا چیتی، در آزمایشگاه فیزیولوژی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه لرستان به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال 1395 اجرا شد. عوامل آزمایش شامل پیری بذر در دو سطح (پیرنشده و پیرشده)، و پیش­تیمار بذر در پنج سطح (شاهد(بدون پرایم)، هیدروپرایمینگ، جیبرلین 100 پی­پی­ام، اسید سالیسیلیک 14پی­پی­ام، ترکیب جیبرلین 100و سالیسیلیک اسید 14 پی­پی­ام) بود. نتایج نشان داد که با پیرشدن بذر درصد و سرعت جوانه‎زنی، سرعت مصرف مواد ذخیره­ای، شاخص بنیه­ی بذر و یکنواختی جوانه‎زنی کاهش یافت اما هدایت الکتریکی، نشت پتاسیم، نشت کلسیم و زمان تا 50 درصد جوانه­زنی افزایش یافت. پیش­تیمار بذر و بویژه پیش­تیمار هورمونی سبب بهبود کیفیت بذر شد. تیمار جیبرلین 100 پی­پی­ام موثرترین تیمار در کاهش نشت پتاسیم و افزایش سرعت جوانه زنی بود.

چکیده [English]

Seed aging reduces seed quality, germination, and resulted seedling. This experiment was conducted with the aim of investigating possibility of mitigating the harmful effects of seed aging in pinto bean as a factorial experiment based on a completely randomized design with three replications in 2016 in faculty of agriculture, Lorestan University. Factors were included seed aging in two levels (aged and non-aged), and priming in five levels (control, hydropriming, gibberellin 100 ppm, salicylic acid 14 ppm, gibberellin 100 and salicylic acid 14 ppm). The results showed that germination percentage and rate, seed vigor index and germination uniformity decreased by seed aging, but the electrical conductivity, potassium leakage, calcium leakage and time to 50% of germination increased. Seed priming, especially hormonal priming improved seed quality. Gibberellin 100 ppm was the most effective treatment in reducing potassium leakage and increasing germination speed.
