اثر مدت زمان پیش‌تیمار بذر با سطوح مختلف کلرید کلسیم بر جوانه‌زنی و بنیه گیاهچه حاصل از بذور با وزن‌های مختلف در بادام زمینی(ArachishypogaeaL.)رقم نورث کارولینا2 (NC2)

چکیده

به منظور بررسی اثرات وزن بذر،مقدار کلرید کلسیم و مدت زمان پیش­تیمار بذر بر ویژگی­های مرتبط به جوانه­زنی و بنیه گیاهچه بادام­زمینی رقم نورث کارولینا 2 (NC2) آزمایشی در سال 1393 در آزمایشگاه علوم گیاهی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تنکابن انجام گرفت. آزمون پیش­تیمار اسمزی با استفاده از آزمایش فاکتوریل با طرح پایه بلوک­های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. عامل اول وزن بذربادو سطح متوسط و درشت، عامل دوم غلظتکلرید کلسیم در چهار سطح (0، 3/0، 6/0 و 9/0درصد) و عامل سوم مدت زمان پیش­تیمار بذر در چهار سطح (30، 60، 90 و 120 دقیقه) بودند.نتایج نشان داد که بذرهای درشت دارای بیشترین میانگین­ها از لحاظ درصد جوانه­زنی و بنیه گیاهچه بودند. افزایش غلظت کلرید کلسیم به 3/0 باعث افزایش شاخص­های درصد جوانه­زنی، متوسط جوانه­زنی روزانه، شاخص بنیه وزنی و طولی گیاهچه گردید. همچنین بیشترین مقادیر سرعت جوانه­زنی، ضریب یکنواختی جوانه­زنی و وزن خشک کوتیلدون در غلظت 6/0 درصد کلرید کلسیم مشاهده گردید. بیشترین میانگین سرعت جوانه­زنی و متوسط زمان جوانه­زنی در بذرهای متوسط تیمار شده در کلرید کلسیم 9/0 درصد بدست آمد. اثر مدت زمان پیش­تیمار نیز حاکی از آن بود که مدت 90 دقیقه پیش­تیمار بیشترین میانگین سرعت جوانه­زنی وضریب یکنواختی جوانه­زنی و مدت زمان 120 دقیقه پیش­تیمار بیشترین درصد جوانه­زنی، متوسط جوانه­زنی روزانه، میانگین سرعت جوانه­زنی، متوسط زمان جوانه­زنی، شاخص بنیه طولی و وزنی گیاهچه را به همراه داشت.

The effect of seed weight, CaCl2 concentration and priming durationon germination index and seed vigour of peanutsvariety North Carolina 2 (NC2)was evaluated in the laboratory of Plant Sciences of Islamic Azad University, Tonkabon branch in 2014. Osmotic priming was performed in a factorial experiment in the form of randomized complete block design with 3 replications. First factor was seed weight with 2 levels (large and medium), second factor CaCl2 was in 4 concentration (0, 0.3, 0.6, 0.9 %) and third factor priming time was in 4 levels (30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes). Results showed that large seeds had the maximum mean in terms of germinationpresentage and seedling vigour. The effect of CaCl2 showed that the increasing concentration to 0.3% was increase in the germination percentage, mean daily germination and seedling vigour indexes (lenghth and weight). Maximum germination speed, coefficient of uniformity of germination and cotyledon dry weight was in CaCl20.6%. The maximum mean germination speed and mean germination time was in medium seed treated with CaCl20.9%.Effect of priming durationshowed that maximum mean germination speed and coefficient of uniformity of germination was in 90 minutes. The maximum germination presentage, mean daily germination, mean germination speed, mean germination time and seedling vigour indexes were obtainedin 120 minutes priming
