تاثیر تنش رطوبتی بر پایه مادری در زمان تشکیل بذر بر بنیه بذر بالنگو شهری (Lallemantia iberica) و بالنگو شیرازی (Lallemantia royleana) و مقاومت به تنش شوری و خشکی در مرحله جوانه‌زنی

چکیده

تنش رطوبتی اعمال شده در دوره رشد بذر بر پایه مادری می­تواند بنیه بذر را متاًثر سازد. اثر تنش رطوبتی در زمان تشکیل بذر بر بنیه بذر بالنگو گونه­های شهری و شیرازی تحت تنش شوری و خشکی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی در سه تکرار ارزیابی شد. به منظور ایجاد تنش شوری و خشکی از کلرید­سدیم و پلی­اتیلن­گلیکول 6000 (با پتانسیل اسمزی 0، 2/0-، 4/.-، 6/0-، 8/0-، 0/1- و 2/1- مگاپاسکال) استفاده شد. در این تحقیق صفات درصد، سرعت و متوسط زمان جوانه­زنی، وزن هزار بذر و درصد موسیلاژ بذر اندازه­گیری شدند. بنیه اولیه بذرها با آزمون جوانه­زنی استاندارد ارزیابی شد. تنش رطوبتی اعمال شده بر گیاه مادری منجر به کاهش وزن هزار بذر هر دو گونه، افزایش معنی­دار درصد و سرعت جوانه­زنی در گونه شهری و متوسط زمان جوانه­زنی و درصد موسیلاژ بذر در گونه شیرازی شد. اعمال تنش خشکی در مرحله جوانه­زنی بر بذرهای تنش­دیده گونه شیرازی منجر به افزایش جوانه­زنی و متوسط زمان جوانه­زنی و اعمال تنش شوری در مرحله جوانه­زنی بر بذرهای تنش دیده گونه شهری باعث افزایش جوانه­زنی و متوسط زمان جوانه­زنی شد. با مقایسه دو گونه گیاهی مورد بررسی در این تحقیق بذرهای تنش­دیده گونه شیرازی نسبت به گونه شهری به ترتیب از جوانه­زنی و متوسط زمان جوانه­زنی بیشتری در شرایط تنش خشکی برخوردار بود. در حالی که بذرهای تنش دیده گونه شهری جوانه­زنی بیشتر و متوسط زمان جوانه­زنی کمتری در شرایط تنش شوری از خود نشان داد.

چکیده [English]

Moisture stress during seed development can affect on seed vigor. Effect of water stress during seed development of Balngu Shahri and Balngu Shirazi was evaluated factorialy as completely randomized design in three replications under salt and drought stress.  Salt stress induced by sodium chloride and drought stress induced by  polyethylene glycol in  osmotic potentials of  0, -0.2, -0.4, -0.6, -0.8, -1.0 and -1.2 MPa. Initial vigor tested by standard germination test. Water stress on the mother plant, decrease thousand seed weight in both species, significantly increased germination percentage and mean germination time and the percentage of mucilage in the Shahri such as Shiraz seed. Results showed germination percentage of Shahri and mean germination time also mucilage of Shirazi increased by water stress during seed development. By comparing the two species examined in this study germination percentage and mean germination time of Shirazi increase under drought stress, however Shahri germination increased under salinity stress
